Sir Hercules is by Whalebone, Waxy, Pokß-os, by Eclipse, &c. thus comprising the purest and most successful racing strains of the presp.nt day. The Colonel ran well in Victoria, winning 9 in 13 of his races, has been two years at the stud, and has proved himself a sure foal-getter, his stock being stout and handsome.
