Banquets given at; Cologne and Buetz to liberal members of the Chamber, have been suppressed by the Government, and the guests were dispersed by the military. The people are: determined to test the question by a similar banquet at Bremen.. Owing to Bismarck having refused to reduce the forces in '■ Schleswig-Holstein, a serious misunderstanding has arisen with Austria. ■•.:•■
