POWER, PANTLIN AND CO. are favored wiih instiucuons from the Trustees in the Estate of Blair, Couper and Co., to sell by public auction in the Long Knom of ihe Provincial Hotel, Dunedin, on Saturday, the 15th April, at 2 o'clock, Without reserve, The Waikava Steam Saw Mills, with the whole of the machinery and plant, Consisting of — Mill house, 50 x 30 feet Boiler shed, 50 x 20 feet Horizontal steam engine (maker, Lockhart), capable of working up to 34 horse power, with boilers, &c, complete Complete machinery for sawing, &c. Also, Jetty, 200 feet long, with cranes and tramway, trucks, &c. ; depth of water at end of Jetty, 11 feet Smiths' shop, 16 x U feet, with all necessary working tools A large quantity of implements and tools, of various descriptions, for carrying on the business of the mill.
