The outrages of the Fenian Brotherhood ; have recommenced. An Orange lodge has ? been broken open and sacked. Portraits of Queen Victoria were disgracefully mutilated. .Fears of further violence are entertained. The St. Alban's and Lake Erie rioters have been discharged from custody, on the ground that the Courts have no jurisdiction.
