(Before Mr E. C. Cutten, S.XL.) The court sat yesterday 'afternoon. The following civil list was dealt with:— ' Solomon Mat-lasky v. Charles Ivinj;, claim £3. • Jaidgment was given. Ny default for plaintiff, and defendant was ordered to piny court costs 14s, translation fee 2s 6d, solicitor's fee os., -M. C. Synions r. D. Bergensen, claim £l7 19s 4d. Ordered to pay same, in default 21 days' imprisonment, the ovder to be suspended solong as instalments of 10s a. ■■month.' were paid, the first .instalment to fall due to May 9. The court then adjourned.
