Autumnus took the lead from Bon .Ton. at the -bend and led intb the straight. Bronze then challenged and prevailed by half a length. Time, 1.29 4-5. Plunket Nursery.—H-askayne 1, Oocene 2, Styx 3. Also started: Stepney, Peroneal!, Obligant, Glenlinnan, Bon Soil - . Won by-two lengths. Time, 1.3 1-5. Railway H-a.ndicaip.—Merry Frank1, Miakara 2, Bandiera 3. ; Also started : Full Pate, Bootle, Theodore, Bliue Lake, Ineuru, Longstep.. Bootle, with Theodore and Bandiera, led the field into the straight, where Merry Frank and Mak-a-ni displaced them, the former ; getting the verdict by a head. Bluu Lake was fourth. Time, 1.14 2-5.
