The Presbyterian Synod of the New Hebrides forwarded to the General Synocl a series of. resolutions deckling that the flogging of natives was not decreasing, and flagrant offences were committed aboard. Fralch recruiting vessels. )s. ■ Kidnapping was also charged against French recruiters. The resolutions conclude unless the offenders, whether British or French, are adequately punished, then .the; Condominium Government 'as far as .natives are concerned is worse than a farce. ,
