The following is the High Commissioner's cable, dated London 11th, in regard to the colonial wool sales':—The second series of wool • sales has commenced. There is a large attendance of buyers who show a disposition to operate very freely. The American demand is chiefly for light conditioned coarse crossbrals. The market is firm for all descriptions at January rates.
