A" man believed to bo David Capl-an has been arrested in London on a charge of alleged complicity in the Los Angelos dynamite outrage. BOAT RACING. NEW YORK, June 30. At New London, Harvard beat Yale in a boat race by lengths. Yale won the Freshmen's race by two lengths. FATAL COLLAPSE. NEW YORK, June 30. At Buffalo six were killed and thirty injured by the collapse of a pumping station. The victims were machinists at work.
