During a record fog in the Inarboir the ferry steam/era Kangaroo amid Kunnamul'la, coll'lided, the ferry steamed Tingaira got fouil 1 of thie collier Paeroa, and the steamer Lady Rawsoil came into collision: with another vessel. In each case the vessels were iiuniniiinig slow. The damage was not serious, biuit ■there wias comsiderablie excditemeaait ■amongst tiliie passengers. - The steamer lighter Jubilee, .wihi'le coming down the Parramatta rw, displaced! th!e marble .monument erected! to the memory of tilie sculler, Seanle. A nlumber of other vessels had! narrow escapes of coliliidiiing or grounding in the fog. OTTAWA, June 30. Thie steamer Araamore collided with and sank the steamer General Wolfe neiar Quebec in 'a dense fog. Both vessels lla-unohed their lifeboats, and the passengers and crew AViara rescued. The Araiiimore is not seriously -damaged.
