The authorities at Oldonzaa'l, finding tlhe Prussian police liad 'stopped 630 returning Russian emigrants on tins grounds of inadequate means of subsistence, confined them for sovonaiL days to the barracks. Tluey tlilem telephoned the Prussian authorities, and .finally accepted the offer of the shipping company AA'hich hrougjht them'to Amsterdam, to furnish a guarantee of transit through Prussia.
