AN OMINOUS INCIDENT
Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 9. The Daily Telegraph reports that two porters carrying a case with excessive care were seen to enter the Palace, where the Turkish Chamber of Deputies was temporarily sitting. The police, being suspicious, opened the case, which was found to contain nitro-glycerine, vitriol, and dynamite.
