Violet Charlesworth was charged with defrauding Martha Smith of £6OO, and Dr Edward Jones of large sums, accused having assumed the name of Cameron. She was remanded to the Old Bailey. (Received February 10, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 9. The Charlesworths are in Derby prison, having been unsuccessful in finding bail. Their alleged frauds were committed in 1903 and 1908.
