[press association.] DUNEDIN, January 20. The executive of the N.Z. Athletic Union has decided to declare the Wan'ganui Caledonian Society's sports meeting as an unregistered meeting and to disqualify all who compete. Otago Ceiitre N.Z. A.A.A., has resolved that the action of Eltham Society be supported and that if such permits are issued the reciprocal agreement between the union and the League of Wheelmen be cancelled. Cycling events at the Wanganui Caledonian sports on Saturday are to be run under the rules of the New Zealand League of Wheelmen, which body has granted a permit to put on the cycling events, according to a message from the secretary, Mr Mackenzie Forbes.
