m ' . — ' HIGH SCHqOL FIRST v. AOTEA SECOND. This match was played at the High School ground, and resulted in a win for the High School by 34 points to nil. High ' School won the toss, aaid elected to play against the wind with the result .that the boys little more I thai\ held their own in the first spell. McKenzie kicked a goal from a penalty kick, and just before time Grant scored a try at the corner flag, from •which. McKenzie kicked a splendid goal dead against a high wind. This ended the first* spell. In the second half tries were scored by McKay (2), Grant (2), McKenzie (2), McKenzie converting four of the tries. The High School boys generally played well, their combination outclassing the Aotea's "haphazard every-man-for himself style of play. - — * . i
