A HEAVY FINE. [PEEBB ABBOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, to-day. At the Supreme Court, Rees Nicholson, of Wliitianga, was fined £50 for receiving and detaining a telegram and two letters addressed to Morie George, care of. Nicholson. Defendant opened them and left them lying about, making no attempt to return theni to the post office, though he knew there was another Nicholson \ in the district. i
