Kaiser's visit, which German semi-official newspapers ascribe to the Cjcar's invitation, declares that it is German diplomacy's duty to drive further, the wedge between Britain and Russia and endeavor t;> smash the understanding between them ■wherever possible. The paper- concludes by hinting the possibility of Germany assisting the Russian ascendancy in Persia. ■ ST. PETERSBURG, last night. The German Ambassador, together with the Military and Naval Attaches at St. Petersburg, will join the Kaiser during his visit to the Cza,r.
