A IRATE SEA CAPTAIN.
BMSBANE, yesterday. Captain Strachan, in the course of a lecture, announced that when he told the Tobi boys aboard the Envy - that they would- have' to be handed over to Germany the boys refused. Ho did not recognise the Federal •Government in this • matter, which was an Imperial affair, and he only recognised the authority of the Admiral commanding the station. So long as he lived he would not hand tho boys over to the German Government. < '■ i .....-.:.
