All Athletic Events will be oonducted under the Rules of the N.Z. Athletic Union, and the competitor's attention is drawn to Rule 15 of Constitution and 13 of Regulations, i.e., "That every competitor must be registered and entry fee paid before competing, otherwise he is liable to disqualification, and will not receive any prize money." Bicycle Events under League of Wheelmen's Rules. All disputes to be settled by Judges and Referee.
