From a good start Overtime went to the front, and led to the straight, whero the field bunched up. Seaton Dale and Roosevelt led almost to the post, but the winner, ■ putting in. asplendid run, just won on. the post by a nose, third horse a neck away. All started. It was an interesting race ,and tho field was well bunched at the finish. Won by two lengths. All started. • Time, 2.6 3-5. Cheltenham Hurdles :. Mahoo 1, Paparaehi ;.^, Showindn 3. Good start; Xavier and Paparaehi went to the front. Oryx and Don Carlos threw their • riders at the third hurdle, the former's rider (J. Morris) being rather seriously injured. There was a great finish between the first two, Mahoe winning, by a head. All started. Time, 3.18 4-5.
