[OWN COKEESPONDENT.] A meeting of the directors, of the Caledonian Society was • held tefct evening, Mr J. A. McLeod in the chair. The 10th February, 1909, was .fixed as the date for the sports. The programme was drawn up and there is £120 to be given in prizes, several of our local gentlemen are giving ' trophies and doing everything they can to make the sports the best ever held in Hawke's Bay, outside of Napier. . ■ • ■■-■'..
