Renter's Washington, correspondent reports that America and Japan are considering an agreement based on free peaceful . commercial development in tho Pacific and contains a mutual guarantee .of: respect for territorial possessions , and .a, pledge, to support the integrity of 'China and the principle of equal commercial and industrial oportunity for all nations in China. If any occurrence threatens the above status quo America and Japan will consult with a view of ascertaining what.steps, should be taken.
