Flat Races: The winner of any Flat Race (after declaration *>f weights) to carry a penalty of lOlbs and of every additional race a further penalty of 61bs. All Entries must be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, P.O. Boc 50, Dannevirke, with the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, and performances of the horse, and the colours of u«e rider. 2. Entries by telegram MUST c - confirmed in writing by following mail. 3. Any owner failing to declare his colors at the time of entry will be
