Ipresb association.] DUNEDIN, to-day. Tho Commercial Property Finance Company, on© of tho old established financial institutions in Otago, is going into voluntary liquidation. The chairman says that this step is due owing to the extreme tightness of the money market, and the fact that assistance is not forthcoming from tho bankers. The depositors are fully protected.
