MR COOPER AT HERETAUNGA.
On Saturday ovening Mr Cooper addressed a very well attended meeting at Heretaunga. With some trifling exceptions Mr Cooper had a splendid hearing, and mad© a very favorable impression on his hearers. At the close of the address a few questions were askod and received satisfactory answers. Altogether the gejieral opinion here is that there will need to be a second ballot, and that Mr Cooper will bo in it.
