BERLIN, yesterday

The Planer., one of the missing German balloons, was rescued in the North Sea. The occupants were in a pitiable condition.

It is feared that the Hergesdl, the other balloon, has been lost. (Received this day, 8.55 a.m.) BERLIN, yesterday. The last German balloon that participated in the international race, was found at sea 100 miles north of Heligoland. The car had been cut away from the netting 1 , but there was no trace of the occupants.
