The representative senior football match, Wanganui v. Rangitikei, played at Marton on Saturday, resulted in a win for Rangitikei by two converted tries to one converted try. The game was fairly even, and at times very fast.. The Rangitikei forwards played really well, and obtained the ball more often, than Wanganui, but the backs failed to niake ' good use of their chances.
