TEACHERS' SALARIES.
[Pnas« Association.] FEILDING, March 21. Some time ago the chairman of the Wanganui Education Board asked the Minister of Education to ascertain the possibility of placing teachers' salaries in cash through the post office, and at last night's meeting of the Board a letter was received from the department asking for data about the cost of distributing teachers' salaries, so as to compare it with the post office charges, with a view to introducing the reform suggested. . . ■'- ■
