The representative cricket match played at Waipukurau yesterday bei tween Napier and the Sub-association resulted in a win for the visitors by 19 runs on the first innings. Torkilsen took 5 wickets for 16, Absolum 4 for 15. Sub-association (Ist innings) — Absolum, c White, b Munro, 3 ; Buckett, b Bromley, 0 ; Wilson, b Bromley, 3 ; Chambers, b Munro, 1; Crespin, b Munro, 0 ; Moore, c and b Bromley, 0 ; Brabazon, b Munro, 4 ; Fayen, b Munro, 5 ; Canning, b Bromley, 0 ; Sugden, not out, 0 ; Torkilsen, b Munro, 0 ; extras 2 —total 19. Munro took 6 wickets for 8, Bromley 4 for 10. In the second innings the visitors nude a better display, putting up 103 (Jack 16, Levers 32 and White 11).
