A number of steamers delayed by the rough weather here were able to leave port this morning, though a big sea is still running at the entrance, and prevented the smaller boats leaving this morning. Captain EdVin wired to-day : — Strong winds to gale from between south and west and north-east ; glass rise ; rain probable.
