The final match for the Lndies' Championship, for prize presented by Mr W. F. Knight, was played on the Tahoraiti links to-day between Mrs Gurr and Mrs Nyniand, tho former winning by 2 up and 1 to play. The various games for the championship were as follows :— Mrs Robertson beat Mrs Knight, Mrs Nymautl beat Miss TansTey. Mrs Nymand beat Mrs Lloyd. Miss Young v. Mrs Gurr— won by the latter, 6 up and 5 to play. Mrs Robertson v. Mrs Gurr— won. by tho latter 5 up aud t to play. Mrs Nyniand v. Mrs Gurr — won by the latter 2 up and 1 to plaj-. Mrs Gurr has beeu warmly congratulated on her success, this being her first season's play.
