■♦ (tWITBD J>£ESS ASSOCIATION,) (By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright.) Melbourne, April 22. A miner named Martell is suing the Victorian Miners' Union for £1000 damages for loss of employment. The union refused to admit him as a member and the union miners declined to work with him, so that the Colliery Company by whom he was employed were compelled to dispense with his services.
