Malcolm and Wilton's New Premises.

Asalready announced Messrs Malcolm and Wilton hays now re-opened in new premises adjoining the Railway Hotel. The shop to which they have removed is one of a block of buildings which has been ereotedby Mr W. E. Andrews, proprietor ©f the Railway Hotel. It having been constructed with a view to the effective display of the urticlcs on sale, the shop presents an unusually striking appearance from the street. The verandah being high rtud supported by cast iron pillars permits a fine viev of the show wiudows. The shop *has a frontage of 30 feet by 60 feet deep and has a stud of 14 feet. It will thus be seen that Messrs Malcolm and Wilton can carry a very heavy stock, their manufacturing being done at their Palmerston North factory. As I that town is within eisy distance of Danuovirke no difficulty is likely to result in keeping a full stock in every department. The stock is ull new, v well-selected one, aiii e<jmpri<os, side boards (including an imported English walnut side-board), chests of drawers of various sizes, drawing -room suites, ohairs, couches (including the bux Ottoman), wickerwarein great variety, bedsteads, bedding, toiletware (a largo selection) rugs aud carpets in eudless variety, linoleums, and the numerous other lines which go to maku up the stock of an up-to-date furniture dealer.
