Whatever it may portend — to falsify the statisticians, to FU-ttfiin the grand army at its present strength, or what not — there are many weddingH in Fruuco just now, especially iv Pans, and (says the Telegraph correspondent) although oue may see wedding proceesiona amid the sylvan surroundings of the city any day in the week, especially while tho nun oontinues to shine effulgontly at intervals, it appears that Saturdays are most favored by memberß of the very busy and hardworking oommnnity who have decided upon glutting the single state. So much is this the oaso that it has attraoted offic : al notico, and has cnused the Prefect of the Seine to ißßue special instructions on the subject.
