He admitted the offence and was fined 5s and costs 2s, in default , 24 hours imprisonment. ; ; John Nelson was' charged with being drunk and disorderly on the 17th inst. He pleaded guilty and was fined 10s and costs 2s, in default 48 hours imprisonment. John Nelson was further charged with being illegally on the premises of M. Henderson on Saturday night last. He pleaded not .guilty. Mr Henderson gave levidenpe to finding Nelson on his premises and telling him to leave, which he refused to do.
