WOMAN'S CHANGING FASHIONS.
When hoops were worn by woman fair, A nuisance they were found ; One ran against them everywhere, The koopß were always rouud. "Whim hoops went out, by somo cracked brain The bustle was designed, And woman's fashions, it was plain, Were getting quite behind. The hustle also saw its day, Though to it they adhered For yearn, and when it passed away The clinging dress appeared. And .IB it suited old and young, 'Twn.3 worn without demur : To fashion woman long had clung, Now fashion clung to hor. In time tlio train became the stylo, Aud every woman woro it. In fact, the fashion for a whilo Swept everything before it. And thus the years now fashions bring Which flourish and decay ; Tho corset is the only thing That ovor caruo to stay.
