Ho was out shooting, and hia horae wa3 found near a flooded creek, with tho near stirrup missing. It is foarod that he has beßu drowned. It is believed that his friends reside at Kangiora. Sir Walter Buller has been elected President of the Wellington Philosophical Societj.
