The Moon at 3 days old shines till about 8 o’clock.
The Moon at 6 days old shines till about half-past 10 o’clock. The Moon at 8 days old shines till nearly I o’clock in the morning. The Moon at 12 days old shines from sundown till about 4 in the morning. The Moon at 15 days old is full, and shines all night. The Moon at 18 days old rises about 9 p.m. and shines till morning. The Moon at 21 days old rises about 11 p.m. and shines till morning.
The Moon at 24 days old rises about 2 a.m, and shines till morning. The Moon at 27 days old rises about 4 a.m, and shines till sunrise.
