TRAMWAY DISPUTE
SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS P.A. WELLINGTON, this day. Negotiations for the settlement of the "Wellington tramway dispute were opened vesterday under the chairmanship of the Conciliation Commissioner, Mr. S. Ritchie. Mr. Ritchie in a statement at the end of the conference said a general discussion had been held and would be continued to-day. In the meantime the trams are running to normal schedule.
