NETHERLANDS POST

CONSUL-GENERAL FOR N.Z.

The post of consul for the Netherlands in New Zealand has now been raised in status to that of consulgcneral. Mr. van Penhuys, who has been appointed to the post, will arrive in Auckland to-morrow afternoon by air from Australia. Mr. van Penhuys will leave for Wellington on Sunday. He will take over from the present consul, Mr. M F Vigebeno, who is to take over the position of consul-general at Singapore.
