TRAM WINDOW SHATTERED

A tramcar in Hobson Street about nine o'clock last night had a window shattered by what was thought to be a bullet, although a search inside the car failed to reveal the cause of the damage. The tramcar was travelling to the city and had just crossed the intersection of Victoria Street when the incident occurred.
