A petition for divorce by Walter Caldwell, of Paeroa (Mr. Ray) against Edith Victoria Caldwell (Mr. Milliken) on . the ground of a separation agreement made in liMo. was opposed by the respondent or the ground that the separation was caused bv petitioner's wrongful conduct. He denied his wrongful conduct caused the separation. but admitted' he was 'in partnership with a woman who had had two children by him. $ After having heard the evidence the wife and two daughters, testify ing to wrongful conduct by the petitioner before the separation, hi? Honor. Mr. Justice Callan. grantee! the wife's petition for a decree nisi, giving her also the custody of the two younger daughters.
