family. TAYLOR.—In loving memory of our dear son, Private John Reid. 410917. killed in action in Italy, October 5. 1944. In a lonely home at night. When sleep forsakes our eyes. Our thoughts are on a lonely grave Where our dear son lies. •Tis lonely here without you. Jack, And sad wo are to-day; The world is not the same for us Since you were called away. Our grief this world will never know. And the sad days that are ours; As years roll on and older we grow, For you our hearts will ever pine. Always remembered by his loving mother and father.
