SCHMELING ACQUITTED
CHARGE DUE TO MISQUOTATION Rec. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 10. The Military Court at Hamburg has found Max Schmeling, former boxing champion, not guilty of a charß of falsely stating to a member of the Allied forces that he had ..\-j authority of the Military Government to publish books for the re-education of German youth. Schmeling alleged that he was miscmoted by a British correspondent and denied that he was ever a member of a Hamburg publishing firm.
