SPANISH REFORMS
FOREIGN MINISTER'S CLAIMS Rec. 10.30 a.m. MADRID, Sept. 4. The Spanish Foreign Minister, Senor Martin Artajo, said that Spain was disposed to go as far as any country in introducing the social reforms demanded by modern times. This has been proved by her labour and social security legislation.
