STRICT LABOUR DISCIPLINE Rec. 1 p.m: MOSCOW, Aug. 23. Soviet workers are warned in an article in Izvestia that measures introduced in the war tb enforce labour discipline would be continued. Izvestia said that absenteeism, lateness, and leaving jobs without permission must be prevented. All men and women breaking labour discipline must be handed over for trial.
