RUSSIA AND EUROPE
Let me tell Mr. Black why I know the Russian people have no imperialistic aims. In Russia children in school are taught in 112 different languages, and people of all races are equal. It is a criminal offence to speak in a derogatory way of another citizen's race or colour. People who have established racial equality over one-sixth of the earth will not practice imperialism, that is, domination of one people over another, elsewhere. I think Mr. Black's anxiety arises from the fact that he has absorbed the jingo spirit and Kipling's "Bear that walks like a man" ideas of last century, together with the persistent and mostly false antiBolshevic propaganda of the last 20 years. No social or economic student would be misled by that. Contrary to him, I think that the Russians in.East Prussia will root out the last vestige of Junkerism, which for a century has been the corne?-strn3 cf German rnilitarisni. C3CAR MaSniXS.
