OFFENDER SENT TO GAOL O.C. KAWAKAWA, this day. Joe Apiata, aged 21, of Oromahoe,* who converted a car on the second day of the peace celebrations and drove erratically through the main streets of Kawakawa, knocking down guiding posts, finally plunging over a bank and damaging the car, was sentenced to three months' irnprisoh- , ment with hard labour by Justices l cf the Fcac2 at Kawakawa.
