X.Z. TOURNAMENT P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, this clay. The New Zealand basketball tournament was continued to-day in ideal spring weather. Results of the morning games were:—Canterbury 25, beat Southland 17; Otago 26, beat Hawke's Bay 22; Auckland 19, beat Wellington 12.
