SWANSON CLOSED
NO FURTHER DERATIONS The R.N.Z.A.F. station at Swanson, which has mainly been used for the ground training of men being sent to forward areas in the Pacific has ceased operations and was closed yesterday. Though reductions are being made in establishments at Ardmore, Whenuapai and Hobsonville, these stations are still in existence.
